Moore Homebuilding and Roofing recently completed a roof replacement project in Pensacola’s Northpointe neighborhood. A local couple reached out to us, urgently needing a roof replacement for insurance compliance. We were more than happy to help provide a timely solution for them.
After stripping the old shingles and underlayment, we replaced a few sheets of roof decking and re-nailed all existing decking to ensure durability, longevity and compliance with Florida’s roofing code. After the woodwork was finished, we installed Atlas Summit 60 Underlayment beneath our preferred Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Shingles. This combination guarantees a beautiful roof of unmatched quality to shield the home from the harsh weather conditions we experience in the Gulf Coast.
